The most importanat events in the history of the company:

1919 – creation of a private company Metal Works in Gniezno
1951 – nationalization, which arose as a result of Gniezno Metal Works Automotive Industry
1972 - build a new production hall and office building
1975 – include the establishment for structures of Agricultural Car factory “Polmo” in Poznań
1977 - transfer to Polmo the production of differential gears from Car Factory in Warsaw
1991 – creation of the Company for Production and Trade Polmo in Gniezno
1997 – creation of a limited liability company under the name Polmo Ltd.
1999 - launch of the department of termochemical treatment
2000 – obtain a quqlity certificat ISO 9001
2002 – change the company name to Polmo Gniezno Ltd.
2008-2010 - modernization of a machinery and infrastructure
