POLMO manufactures an array of splines and gear shafts using gear hobbing and gear shaping machines. Our manufacturing facility is equipped with both CNC and manual gear hobbing and gear shaping machines. Gear hobbing is used for external and internal cutting straight, spur, helical and convex teeth on gears and shafts. Gear shaping machine is used for cutting external and internal splines on shafts and sprockets on wheels.

We have an extensive experience in producing teeth and splines by a series of cuts made by:
